Terms & Conditions


Your order will be dispatched within 1-2 business days after it has been placed. As soon as your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail containing all necessary information, including a tracking number for your order. We offer free shipping on all orders to Sweden. For international orders, shipping costs are based on the weight and dimension of the package, as well as the delivery address. The full shipping cost will be added to your order and displayed at checkout.

Claims or Complaints

SPIGA 3 follows the Customer Sales Act and will thus replace, repair or refund damaged goods at no extra cost. If you have a complaint, contact us immediately at info@spiga3.se and inform us of the situation.

Damaged packages
If your package is damaged, please notify the shipping agent immediately and file a claim with them.

Uncollected packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by SPIGA 3 but will be invoiced to the customer. SPIGA 3 will charge a fee for the actual delivery cost, as well as an additional fee of 300 SEK. This additional fee is charged to cover the actual costs of return delivery, as well as the administration and handling of the package. If you change your mind after the package has been sent from us, you must collect it and then return it to us, otherwise the package will be registered as uncollected and you will be charged accordingly.


We accept payments by Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We charge no additional fee for card payments. Customers from Sweden, Norway, Finland and Germany can also pay by invoice, through Klarna. All other payments are administered securely by Dibs.

Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Acts, you have the right to return or exchange an item within 14 days of you receiving your order from us. You will receive a full refund within thirty days from when we receive the item. Please contact us before you send the return parcel. If you want to exchange to another size or colour, please email your request to info@spiga3.se and if we have it in stock, we will reserve it for you.

The returned items cannot be used, washed, dry-cleaned, modified or damaged. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. The product must be returned in its original package and shoes must be returned in their orgininal box. SPIGA 3 will not pay any costs related to the return delivery, but will not charge for any handling costs. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for special orders, such as altered, MTO or custom ordered items. SPIGA 3 reserves the right to charge for any missing items such as tags, instruction manuals or for repairs and or alterations needed to restore the item(s) to sellable condition.

Use of Your Personal Information

When registering and placing an order, you are agreeing that SPIGA 3 is allowed to store and use your personal information in order to fulfil our commitments towards you.

Information that we collect about you as a customer include: your contact information, our e-mail correspondence, and your purchase history. SPIGA 3 handles your personal information in accordance with the General Data Protection Act (GDPR). You have the right to demand to see all personal information stored about you on our servers. If they are incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to have this data altered. You also have the right to have all our stored information about you deleted at your request. 

Instances were your personal information may be provided are usually related to us providing our shipping partners with your preferred delivery address. We may also have a look at your purchase history to assist you in selecting a correct size for a new purchase, or to recommend something that goes well with a garment that you already have. SPIGA 3 will never share your personal data with a third party except in order to fulfil our obligations towards you. 

SPIGA 3 uses Klarna and DIBS as providers of all our payment services, and all payments are performed via safe webpages. 

Ownership of Products

All products remain the sole property of SPIGA 3 until fully paid by the customer. SPIGA 3 reserves the right to void any purchase if fraud is suspected.

Changes to Our Inventory

SPIGA 3 reserves the right to make changes to our product assortment and the right to remove products from our assortmen before we have verified a purchase. SPIGATRE AB makes reservations from the possibility of errors to our inventory list. SPIGA 3 also makes reservations to errors in texts or images on this webpage. While we do attempt to make our product images display the actual look of a product as possible, some colour variation etc. may still exist. SPIGA 3 also reserves the right to adjust any pricing errors. 

Force Majeure

In the event of events such as war, hostilities (regardless of wheter war is declared), civil war, revolution, strike, terrorist activities, government sanctions, fire, flooding, earthquakes, storms or other natural disasters SPIGA 3 reserves the right to implement force majeure. This means that any contracts do not have to be fulfilled entirely. In the unlikely occurence of these events, we will do our best to inform the customer of the situation. In the event of a dispute, we will follow the recommendation of the The National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN).
