Term Of use


Your order will be shipped within 1-2 business days after it has been placed. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an order confirmation by email containing all the necessary information, including a tracking number for your order. For international orders, the shipping costs are based on the weight and dimension of the package and the delivery address. The full shipping cost is added to your order and displayed at the checkout.

Damaged packages
If your package is damaged, please notify the shipping agent immediately and submit an application with them.

Unpacked packages
Shipping costs for uncollected packages will not be paid by SPIGA 3 but will be invoiced to the customer. SPIGA 3 charges a fee for the actual delivery cost, as well as an extra fee of SEK 300. This additional fee is charged to cover the actual cost of return delivery, as well as the administration and management of the package. If you change your mind after the package has been sent from us, you must download it and then send it back to us, otherwise the package will be registered as involuntary and you will be charged accordingly.

We accept payments with Visa, Mastercard and AMEX. We do not charge an extra fee for card payments.

Returns and exchanges
In accordance with the Swedish Contracts Act, you have the right to return or replace an item within 14 days of receipt of your order from us. You will receive a full refund within thirty days from when we receive the goods. Please contact us before sending the return package. If you want to change to a different size or color, please send your inquiry to info@spiga3.se and if we have the garment in stock, we reserve it for you.

The returned items may not have been used, washed, cleaned, modified or damaged. Returns are only accepted if the products are returned with the original labels still attached to each product. The product must be returned in its original packaging and shoes must be returned in their original box. SPIGA 3 does not pay any costs related to return delivery, but does not charge any handling costs. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for special orders, such as changed, MTO or ordered goods. SPIGA 3 reserves the right to charge for any missing items such as tags, instruction books or repairs and / or changes needed to restore the item (s) to salable condition.

Ownership of products
All products are SPIGA 3's only property until fully paid by the customer. SPIGA 3 reserves the right to void any purchase if fraud is suspected.

Force majeure
In the event of events such as war, hostilities (whatever war is declared), civil war, revolution, strike, terrorist activity, state sanctions, fire, floods, earthquakes, storms or other natural disasters, SPIGA 3 reserves the right to claim force majeure. This means that all contracts do not have to be completed completely. At these unlikely events, we will do our best to inform the customer of the situation. In the event of a dispute, we follow the recommendation from the General Complaints Board (ARN).
